Based in beautiful Dorset, we bring you the finest in-season, natural materials to use in our workshops. so you can enjoy a unique Eco-Art experience.

We source high quality, post-consumer and post-industrial materials to bring our workshops to life by creating engaging themes in our make-and-take sessions.

Founded in 2014, Outside in Eco Arts aims to engage children and their families with nature and help them to create personalised works of art to be proud of!

Meet the Team

Our team are always on hand and are committed to giving you the most personal and interactive experience possible!

Hand-picked by our founder Molly (who has campaigned and worked on ecological, social and community projects for over 30 years) our wonderful team are all personally involved in either Ecology projects or the Arts industry and are fully dedicated to the ethos of Outside In Eco Arts.

Molly

Molly creates all our workshop concepts, sources and forages all of our materials and finds the best community events, people and projects to work with, so Outside in Eco Arts can engage and meet as many people as possible.

Jenny

Jenny has a background in ecology, education and the arts and has been with us since 2014. She has most recently designed one of the new Mermaids Tails, which are appearing all over the BCP area, in collaboration with Julia's House.

Marlene

Marlene is a lifelong ecologist and artist with in depth plant knowledge. She delivers numerous community art projects in various settings across Dorset. As one of the company's first workshop assistants she has helped to nurture Outside in into what is is today.

Eedy

Eedy has been a workshop assistant for the past 10 years and has grown with the company, often being the tester for our creative concepts! She is now our website designer and is studying Creative Media

Charlie

Charlie is our newest addition to the team, he is a committed environmentalist who is obsessed with all things nature and plant based. He has previous experience with upcycling furniture, recycled arts and craft projects and working with trees!

Nadia

Nadia is a Dorset based artist, who runs her own arts company, creating themed murals and designing recycled and retro clothing. She is also involved in the charity sector and a dog walker!

Elska

A former dancer, Elska has taught children dance and designed creative arts workshops. She now edits books and pursues her interests in creative writing, poetry and even is a sound engineering at her church!

The materials we use are what sets Outside in Eco Arts apart from other companies. We take great care and dedication to ensure that all of our materials are high quality, safe and environmentally sustainable.

When using natural materials, we forage in-season and give our clients tips about the materials they are using and how they can be safely used, sustainably re-sourced, prepared and stored to maximise use.

A large amount of our materials are found through post - industrial and post- consumer initiatives, using companies that are thoroughly in line with our environmental ethos of minimising landfill and repurposing resources.
